I was invited by RICOH IMAGING to give presentations at Salon De La Photo in Paris from 11th - 12th October, 2024.
My presentation was about my projects I photographed with the Ricoh GR System. Since becoming a GR Ambassador in 2013, I have been using my GR‘s for almost anything that I wanted to document. For
Salon De La Photo I worked out a brand new presentation that I call „The All Things Camera.“ Inspired by a quote from Gary Winnogrand („All Things Are Photographable“). It describes my
relationship with the GR. There is nothing that I wouldn‘t be able to photograph (with satisfactory results) with either the GR III or the GR IIIx. Besides the Photography Convention, I also
spent a day in the City with some friends and the great folks from „SPOT“. An emerging Street Photography Plattform on YouTube and Instagram that consistently uploads interesting interviews and has caught my eye a
while ago. They met with me to film an interview video with me that will soon be available on their channel. Here are some Impressions from my visit in Paris and Salon De La Photo:
